Thank you for shopping with Amber Avenue NYC. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@amberavenyc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@amberavenyc.com

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
